I do this because I’ve walked this path myself. For decades I lived from a place of unconscious wounding and stories that kept me disconnected from myself, driven by fear-based beliefs, disregulated and in survival mode. I moved through divorce at 34 - grieving the loss of a decade-long marriage and identity that I’d built around it- navigating an epilepsy diagnosis and seizure flareups, multiple existential crises, and relationship journeys until nothing was left but me and the mirror. Growth was no longer negotiable but inevitable.

With the right inner work practices and mentors, I experienced a re-awakening of my soul purpose, my spirituality, my creativity and my dharma. I found my own way back to me. I found the love of my life, launched my soul-led business, and stepped into consciously creating the life I dreamt of.

I know what it costs to live disconnected from body and spirit — to minimize our truths and dreams. And I know what opens up when you stop shrinking to fit the world around you and finally take up the space to become who you truly are.
