My Story

The most creative act is the act of creating yourself.

My life's work centers on one important inquiry: what does it take to get out of our own way and cultivate the reality of our dreams?

Over 15 years of navigating corporate chapters, entrepreneurial projects, cross-country moves, and radical self-reinvention have all taught me that real success has nothing to do with what we are taught. True success is inner freedom. It is standing fully in your power as the most honest, soul-aligned version of yourself with nothing to prove to anyone - including yourself. It is moving through conditioning, fears, self limiting belief, and the inner stories that hold us back. I help people walk through the hardest parts of that journey - the obstacles, the fears and resistance to change, the questions, the perceived costs - to get to the other side. We bridge the gap between who you are today and who you are becoming.

I've walked this path myself. For decades I held onto pain, wounding, and stories that kept me disconnected from myself, driven largely by my unconscious fears and in survival mode. I moved through divorce at 34 - grieved the loss of a decade-long marriage - navigated an epilepsy diagnosis and realized my reality was just mirroring my inner world. Eventually, growth work stopped being an add-on item - it was inevitable. I stopped negotiating with fears and let go of what was no longer serving me. As I broke through the resistance I wasn’t even aware of, I learned how to stop being my own biggest obstacle.

Today I’m an entrepreneur, a ceremonialist and sound practitioner, a relationship coach, a singer, and a designer. I’m the founder of Studio Issa, a creative and healing arts practice that designs sacred spaces for deep connection, spiritual resonance and transformation. I’ve learned how to step into my power as a multi-disciplinary creator without losing myself or the purpose in the process and I guide others growth to do the same.

I weave 20+ years of business leadership development, hands-on knowledge facilitating healing work and holding space, and over 15 years as a practitioner of yoga. As a sound facilitator, I create journeys that weave sound, voice, and music into vessels for deeper self-love, connection, and clarity. I draw from a diverse musical background across Eastern, Western, ancient shamanic and sound healing principles, and studied in the lineage of renowned sound researcher Alexandre Tannous. My ceremonies are rooted in my ancestral heritage of the Levant and West Asia, incorporating voice where I sing Armenian, Arabic, Hebrew, and Spanish folk and medicine songs.

Based in Los Angeles, I travel frequently to work with clients and host events
