Receive the healing frequencies of harmonic overtones and voice in a sanctuary space.
Leading with the heart - We’ll serve heart-opening ceremonial cacao before flowing into an approximately 90 minute sound journey.
The experience begins with a few minutes of breath-work, body scanning, and vocal toning/humming. Then we flow into the sound journey where you will receive the tones and frequencies of various overtone-emitting instruments - from Tibetan bowls and gong to chimes, live singing and more .The experience is lying down on mats with eye covers to encourage going fully inward and dropping into a relaxed, meditative state. Together we practice the art of deep listening, attunement to the body and cultivating moment-to-moment awareness. We close out with a sharing circle.
