Receive the healing frequencies of harmonic overtones and voice in a sanctuary space.
Leading with the heart - We’ll serve optional heart-opening ceremonial cacao before flowing into approximately 90 minutes of sound healing.
The experience begins with 5-10 minutes of breath-work, body scanning visualization and vocal toning. Then we flow into the sound meditation where you will receive the tones and frequencies of various overtone-emitting instruments, from Tibetan singing bowls and Gong, to chimes, live singing and more.
The meditation is lying down on mats with eye covers to encourage going fully inward and dropping into a relaxed, down-regulated state. Together we practice the art of deep listening, attunement to the body and cultivating moment-to-moment awareness. We close out with a sharing circle.
Donation: $40 - Donate what you can, no one turned away.
Bring: Yoga mat + eye mask.
Location: This is a private residence in Fernwood, Topanga. The exact address, parking instructions and details will be emailed to all RSVPs the day before.
Arrivals: Please aim to arrive 10-15 minutes early, there will be no entry after 10:15am.
