MONTHLY WOMEN’S SOUL CIRCLE

Join us for a heart-opening evening of rooting into sisterhood, exploring the feminine and deepening connection.

In an intimate group container we will explore how to deepen our sister bonds and connection to the feminine, and to embody our relationship to the Self. This is a non-judgmental and heart-centered gathering to hold space for each others life journeys, experiences, and visions. This is one part a deep listening and sharing practice and the other part coming out of our shells and into the space together to create, play and leave feeling deeper soul connection to our sisterhood.

• Circle opening ritual / altar candle-lighting

• Sharing & deep listening circle

• Group embodiment exercises

• Somatic work: pranayama/breath-work and voice activations

• Sound meditation (bring your yoga mat and blindfold)

• Live music & song-circle (bring your instruments!)
