Join us for a heart-opening evening of rooting into sisterhood, exploring the feminine and deepening connection.

Join us for a heart-opening evening of deepening our connection to self and to sisters in circle. Together, we will tap into the feminine body as a source of creation, renewal, and re-energizing our soul’s dharma purpose.

Container includes:

  • Begins at 3pm: Opening ritual

    • Guided sharing & listening circle

    • Group embodiment exercises

    • Voice exploration & somatic work

    • Sound meditation (bring your yoga mat and blindfold)

    • Closing ritual

  • Begins at 6pm: Optional: Food and beverages | Live music & song-circle (bring your instruments!)
